This cake was made for a teacher on her homecoming to Botswana. what better way than an African sunset theme. this was an eggless cake with buttercream frosting and a chocolate african landscape silhouette. This cake was made for my friends daughter to celebrate her sweet sixteen. I tried to incorporate her dress theme into this cake. this was a chocolate, vanilla and coffee cake sandwiched with buttercream icing and covered with marshmellow fondant.
